Serious Brain Injury can cause complex and unique changes to an individual – physically, cognitively and behaviourally, which are all difficult to grasp let alone overcome. 
Unfortunately in spite of technological advances, still no miracle cures have been found and the aftercare of someone with a brain injury can leave both the patient and more often the carer confused and isolated.
